Airport parking FAQs

Clear answers about UK airport parking types, transfers, security, keys, delays and the AirportParkingSpot demo.

Straight answers for travellers and clear explanations of what is real versus fictional in this white-label demonstration.

What types of airport parking can I compare?

The demo covers meet and greet, park and ride, on-airport long stay and valet-style parking. Exact product names and facilities vary by airport and provider.

Are the prices on AirportParkingSpot.co.uk real?

No. The current prices are fictional examples used to demonstrate a future white-label comparison journey. They are not quotes or live availability.

Can I make a real booking on this website?

Not yet. The booking buttons are part of the demonstration. A live version would send customers to an authorised booking partner.

What is meet and greet airport parking?

You normally meet an authorised driver at a designated terminal-area location, hand over your vehicle and collect it again after your return.

How does park and ride work?

You park at a dedicated site and take a shuttle bus to the terminal. Check transfer time, frequency, operating hours and luggage arrangements.

Is on-airport parking always within walking distance?

No. On-airport means the car park is within the airport estate; some products still require a shuttle bus.

Should I leave my keys with the parking provider?

That depends on the product. Meet and greet and high-density car parks often require keys, while many self-park products let you keep them.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

A live provider may allow a grace period or charge for extra parking time. Always check the provider’s delay and return instructions before booking.

Does the SUMMER15 code provide a real discount?

No. SUMMER15 and the 15% reduction are fictional demonstration elements showing how a future promotional journey could appear.

How early should I arrive at the car park?

Add the provider’s check-in and transfer allowance before the airline’s recommended terminal arrival time, with extra margin during busy periods.
